Nicholi Hagi Green Remanded to Dodds Prison In Connection with Firearm and Wounding Charges

Nicholi Hagi Green remanded to Dodds Prison for firearm and wounding charges. Legal representation by Senior Counsels. Adjourned to District ‘E’ Magistrates’ Court for further proceedings on April 12.
Nicholi Hagi Green has been remanded to Dodds Prison after he appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court in connection with firearm and wounding charges.
The 26-year-old boat tour operator of Upper Carlton, St James was not required to enter a plea to the charge that on April 3, he unlawfully wounded Kirk Sandiford with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him or to do some serious bodily harm to him. He is also accused of using a firearm without having a licence to do so on that same date.

The matter was adjourned until April 12 and will be heard at the District ‘E’ Magistrates’ Court.
