Costa Rican Visitor's Suspected Drowning at Rockley Golf Course Under Investigation by Police

Police investigate suspected drowning of Costa Rican visitor at Rockley Golf Course, Christ Church. Body found in club's pool, identified by traveling friend. Public urged to provide information for ongoing investigation.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the suspected drowning of a Costa Rican visitor who was staying at Bushy Park, Rockley Golf Course and Country Club, Rockley, Christ Church.
Police said the body was discovered about 8:50 a.m. on Tuesday in a pool at the club. The club’s pool technician found the body in the pool and reported the matter to management who informed the police. A friend with whom the deceased was travelling, identified the body.
The deceased arrived on the island on July 12 with a number of friends and was scheduled to depart the island on July 20.
