19-year-old Ebony Devera Downes-Tempro identified as victim in Stage 2, Jackson Tenantry unnatural death. Sixth homicide in Barbados for 2025. Man assisting police in investigation.
The victim in this morning’s unnatural death at Stage 2, Jackson Tenantry, St. Michael, has been identified as 19-year-old Ebony Devera Downes-Tempro of Shop Hill, St. Thomas.
The incident occurred around 8:35 a.m. on Saturday.
Downes-Tempro sustained multiple injuries and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private vehicle, where she was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
A man is currently assisting police with investigations into the matter.
This marks the sixth homicide in Barbados for 2025.
