Murder Accused Devere Elon Tony Gittens and Victor Martin Hoyte Remanded to Dodds Prison for Alleged Involvement in Mitchell Nicholls Case

Murder accused Devere Elon Tony Gittens and Victor Martin Hoyte of St Michael were remanded to Dodds Prison after appearing in court. They will reappear on February 7.
Murder accused Devere Elon Tony Gittens (background) and Victor Martin Hoyte were remanded to Dodds Prison after they appeared in the District “A” Magistrates Court Wednesday.
Gittens, 25, of Bibby’s Lane, St Michael, and Hoyte, 20, Exchange Hill, St Michael, were not required to plead to murdering Mitchell Nicholls between December 23 and 29.
They were also not required to plead to destroying a vehicle belonging to Nicholls Bakery on December 27.
Magistrate Manila Renee remanded the accused to Dodds Prison until February 7 when they will reappear in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.
They will appear in the District D court on January 17. (HLE)
